Travel essentials you’ll never board a plane without again.
1. The Suitcase
My go-to suitcase, this American Tourister Cubepop (68cm) is the perfect size for most of my travels and is so insanely light (so I can pack even more into it!). I love travelling with a hard case as I feel like there’s less chance some of my things will break or get crushed. I can pack so much into this suitcase and it seem really durable. It also comes with a combination lock for added security – I always lock my suitcase when I’m not with it. Investing in a good quality suitcase is the #1 thing I would recommend to any new travellers – they may be a bit pricer but they will last a long time and are worth the investment.

2. The Tote Handbag
A tote is hands-down my favourite type of handbag to take on a plane. They’re spacious (I need something that fits my macbook), easy to quickly take things in and out, and can usually hold quite a lot.
3. The Travel Wallet
I’ve been obsessed with Smythson travel wallets for years – they are so beautiful and classic, not to mention very useful. If you’re someone like me who always loses track of plane tickets and currencies, invest in a travel wallet to add some organisation to your journeys.

4. The Face Mist
Flying can be so dehydrating and definitely doesn’t leave your skin feeling its best. Keep a face mist in your handbag whenever you fly to add some much needed hydration to your skin. Your skin will thank you for it later.

5. The Passport Holder
Keep your most important travel document protected in a passport cover you’ll love for years.

That’s an awesome suitcase. Great post!

Love the wallet! You can never go wrong with an organized one, and in fact I’d carry two so that you can store one closer to your body, like on the inside pocket of a jacket or something. That way if one gets stolen, your ID and credit cards can be in the inside for safe keeping. Also love the tote bag–those are definitely necessary!

I’m so jealous, I’m hoping to go there in May! You’ll have to tell me your favourite spots x
Love the choices! I bought my husband a hard-case to travel with, but I still use my duffel LV with wheels cuz I just can’t let go! I totally agree on the face mist! I’ve been using Caudalie Grape Water mist myself and the beauty elixir.

I’ll have to try that mist out! I’m obsessed with face mists at the moment! x
Hard suitcases are definitely the way to go! I absolutely love mine – in fact I recently got a small carry-on one and then decided to get a bigger one for longer trips to check-in as well.
