Gucci Dionysus

The Dionysus is a style from Gucci I still really love! If you’re into the slightly edgy hardware definitely check this bag out. The Dionysus has amazing hardware and comes in a great size range, so there’s a size that will suit every outfit, from evening wear through to those days in the office. I have the small size and also the WOC size.
 
The small size is a really good size for every day use. It fits enough for me to take it to work but is small enough that it’s also great to take on weekend outings. One of my favourite smaller bags is definitely the Gucci Dionysus Mini Chain Bag (I talk about it in my post on the Best Designer Crossbody Bags to Invest In). It goes with almost everything and has an edgy look which I love, and its definitely one of the designer bags worth buying. This one is my newest Gucci purchase and I have an unboxing of it over on my Instagram TV. This is definitely a bag for those times where you don’t need to carry much with you though as it doesn’t fit a whole lot. I go through what can fit inside over on my  Instagram TV.

 

Celine Luggage Tote

My Celine Mini Luggage bag was one of the first designer bags I ever purchased and I still love it just as much today (although the nano size is now my favourite)! Structured and classic, the Celine Luggage tote is one of the most iconic Celine bags, and for a good reason. It comes in 3 sizes (Nano, Micro and Mini) and various colour ways. These bags are great because they have one large compartment so they fit a lot (even the nano size!) and have a couple of leather options depending on what style you prefer – smooth or drummed leather. I own the smooth calfskin in both the Mini and the Nano sizes – it does scratch more than the drummed leather but it’s supposed to hold its shape better over time.

The Mini is the largest size and is perfect for work or travel – it can easily fit your essentials and a laptop (and basically your entire life inside – its huge!).  The only con with the Mini Luggage is that it’s quite heavy (definitely heavier than the Belt Bag), and doesn’t have a shoulder strap. Despite the weight, I still love this bag, and the size makes it perfect for traveling with too. I have an video on how I pack my Celine Mini Luggage for work and what fits inside here!

The Celine Nano Luggage would probably be one of my all time favourite designer bag purchases. Even though it’s a mini bag, it fits so much inside! It can definitely carry all my day to day essentials so it’s a great everyday bag, and I like wearing it cross body so I can be hands free. It also looks super cute carried by the top handles. 
 

Louis Vuitton Twist

With amazing hardware and a great size for either running errands during the day or an evening out, this versatile bag is practical and chic, and definitely one of those bags worth investing in.
Saint Laurent Chain Wallet bag street style

Saint Laurent Chain Wallet

Who else can’t say no to a classic YSL?! With a detachable chain, you can wear this bag as a clutch for the evening or a crossbody bag during the day. The leather is also very durable and can easily be wiped clean if it does get dirty. I’ve had mine for years and it still looks almost as good as new – it’s a piece that will definitely last you for a long time! I have an IGTV video on what fits inside the YSL Chain Wallet here.

 

Chloe Drew

Hermes Birkin

I just had to put a Birkin on the list! One of the most timeless bags and a true investment piece, if you can get your hands on one of these it will become a staple in your wardrobe and see you through many wardrobe crises.

The definition of a true ‘it’ bag, the Chanel Classic Flap bag is an iconic style that you’ll definitely love for years to come and is definitely one of the best luxury bags worth investing in.

J W Anderson Pierce bag

Whilst a relative newcomer to the scene (launched in pre-Fall 2016), the J W Anderson Pierce bag has quickly become a must-have piece on the street style scene. It comes in 5 sizes and a number of colours.

    These are all just the dreamiest bags! You have the best collection! I just got the PS11 classic around Christmas and I am obsessed! It’s too big to use as a clutch, but it is so good to fit in books and big wallets. So happy! Hmm, I have my eye on a couple of these too.

    Those are all such great options my dear! Ive been coveting a J W Pierce bag for a while now but I also walked into Chanel yesterday and saw the Boy bag in gun metal and navy, so now I am really debating doing my first Chanel big purchase ha.

    Lovely picks dear! Some people see them as expenses, while some see them as investments. You can look at it as investment for yourself, and you can always put it up for resale and get some good value.
