Brussels is a beautiful city that’s filled with so many picture-worthy spots! From Art Nouveau houses to Gothic Cathedrals and beautiful parks, here are the most instagrammable spots in Brussels.
The Grand Place
The Grand Place is a must-see, and it’s also one of the best Instagram spots in Brussels. This beautiful cobblestoned square is surrounded by gilded guildhalls that were once the headquarters of the city’s merchants. It’s also been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 1998. Be sure to go early to avoid the crowds!
La Pharmacie Anglaise
Once a functioning pharmacy, La Pharmacie Anglaise is now a cocktail bar in the centre of the city. The red brick building itself is beautiful, and it’s neo-renaissance elements make a a great photo spot in Brussels. The bar inside is lovely as well, and the cocktails are delicious!
Mont des Arts
Mont des Arts, meaning “Mount of the Arts”, offers some of the best views of Brussels, which is otherwise quite flat. It separates the upper and lower parts of the city and is one of the top instagrammable places in Brussels. Be sure to snap some photos after you’ve enjoyed the view!
Palais royal
A short walk from Mont des Arts is Palais Royal, the King’s administrative residence and main office. The palace is only open to the public in the summer months, but the outside is a great place for photos.
Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert
Lined with shops, the picturesque shopping arcade of Galeries Royales Saint-Hubert is a beautiful spot for photos if you can get there before the crowds! Arrive before the shops open at 10am, ideally 9am or earlier. One of the very first shopping arcades in Europe, it wasbuilt in 1847 and you’ll find it right in the city centre.
We hope this post gives you an idea of the best Instagram spots in Brussels. Enjoy your trip!
