On the runway and on the streets, the embroidery trend is hard to miss this season. I love reaching for an embroidered piece to add interest to an otherwise understated outfit. If you’re not new to sewing, embroidery is also a great way to breathe new life to a pre-loved item.

I’ve put together some of my favourite embroidered pieces that are so, so easy to wear; simply pair them with a simple, minimal outfit and let the embroidery make the statement.
