Fresh skin, barely there blush and soft brows, the no-makeup makeup look is definiltey a summer favourite. Keep reading for my favourite products to get you looking effortlessly flawless.
For that lit-from-within complexion, apply Becca Backlight Priming Filter all over the face. This primer leaves skin with a beautiful healthy glow along with extending the wear of makeup. For an everyday coverage I love applying It Cosmetics Your Skin But Better CC Cream. It gives a nice coverage without being heavy and has SPF 50+, which is so important for those days when you’re out and about for the majority of the day. Apply Too Faced Born This Way Concealer under the eyes and to any areas that require extra coverage. This is a beautiful concealer with a medium consistency that’s perfect for a natural everyday look.
Take the Hourglass Illume Sheer Colour Trio and use this to contour, highlight and add blush to the cheeks. This palette is one of my go-to’s for a no-makeup makeup look as it provides natural but buildable colour, and having a contour, highlighter and blush in one palette makes it so quick and easy to apply.
Set the T-Zone with Charlotte Tilbury Air Brush Flawless Finish Micro-Powder to remove any excess shine as well as helping the makeup to last longer throughout the day.
To add a touch of definition to the eyes, taking a blending blush like the Sigma E25 brush, apply the lightest shade from the Becca Ombre Nudes Eye Palette all over the lid and up to the brow bone. Next take the second lightest or middle shade and lightly dust over the lid,in the socket and on the lower lash line. Curl lashes with the Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler and apply two coats of By Terry Mascara Terribly. Comb through brows with the Laura Mercier Brow Build Fiber Gel to tame any unruly hairs.
Lightly line and colour in the lips with Charlotte Tilbury Lip Cheat Lip Liner in ‘Pillow Talk‘. This is such a beautiful everyday shade and is perfect for defining the lip line without making your lips look too ‘done’. Apply Givenchy Le Rouge Perfecto Beautifying Lip Balm over the top for a comfortable, natural look.
