5 Best Kat Von D Makeup Products

A round-up of my all time favourite Kat Von D products. Whilst only having tried out the brand quite recently, I seriously fell in love with these products and they have been on high rotation ever since. Tried and tested, I’ve selected some of the best makeup products from Kat Von D.

Shade + Light Contour Face Palette ($64): One of my most reached for contour palettes, this Shade + Light palette includes three highlight shades and three contour shades. These are incredibly easy to work with and have an amazingly silky and smooth texture. They blend out easily and so can be worn across most skin tones (if you are fairer skinned you don’t need much product on your brush). The Shade + Light Contour Brush will help apply these beautifully.

Shade + Light Eye Contour Palette ($64): Another everyday go-to, this palette includes twelve eyeshadows that can be used to define and enhance eyes. The eyeshadows are arranged into three quads, being neutral, cool and warm, so this palette works well with a range of skin tones. This is one of my most reached for palettes for my staple everyday eye makeup, but also contains darker shades to bring your look from day to evening. The eyeshadow formala is very soft and finely milled. I’ve been wearing them over the Lock-It Color Correcting Eyeshadow Primer to make the eyeshadows wear that bit longer throughout the day and intensify the colours. Pair it with the Shade + Light Eye Contour Brush to help you get that defined and contoured eye.

 

 

Everlasting Liquid Lipstick ($30): These liquid lipsticks are bestsellers for a good reason. The formula  is long lasting and pigmented and these remain some of my all time favourite liquid lipsticks. These are so easy to apply and wear well throughout the day without feeling drying. They also layer better than a lot of other liquid lipsticks, so you can touch up if necessary. These come in 26 shades, some of my favourites being Lolita, Double Dare and Bachelorette.

Tattoo Liner ($28): Extremely easy to use and highly pigmented, this waterproof liner won’t budge or crack throughout the day. This has a superfine and flexible brush, giving this liner a really smooth and fluid application. A must-have for any liquid liner users.

Metal Crush Eyeshadow ($30): These eyeshadows give a beautiful pop of metallic colour to eyes. They are so pigmented and long wearing and have a soft and creamy formula. The shades of these eyeshadows are gorgeous!
