Gucci Card Case Wallet
One that I had to include in the list of best luxury wallets is the Gucci Card Case Wallet. If you’re after a compact wallet that still has room for cash and coins, this one is a great option. It’s big enough to fit all your cards and cash, yet small enough to fit in most of your mini bags.
This Gucci wallet includes five card slots, one zip pocket useful for coins, two flat pockets, a bill compartment and it has a snap closure so it’s easy to access. One of the best small designer wallets in my collection, the leather on this has also worn really well over the years.
It comes in both textured leather and also Gucci’s staple Marmont style in a soft matelassé leather, with a few colours available in both styles. Mini wallets are definitely a good option if you primarily just need a wallet to carry cards, but want the option of carrying a little cash, and this is definitely one of the best best slim designer wallets.
Saint Laurent Wallet on Chain
The YSL wallet on chain is one of the first designer pieces I bought, and I still think it’s one of the best designer bags to invest it. The leather is so durable and long lasting, and it’s easy to wipe clean if it does get dirty. This is one of the best designer wallet on chain bags, and it’s one of the pieces I always recommend to people for their first luxury bag purchase.
As it comes with a chain, it doubles as a great designer crossbody bag. The chain is also detachable, so if you want to use it as a wallet or a clutch, the option is there.
The YSL WOC has ten card slots, so has plenty of room for all of your cards. It also has two bill compartments, two central compartments, and one zip compartment in the middle that can be used for coins.

Chanel Classic Card Holder
Does it get more classic than Chanel? The Chanel Classic Card Holder is one of the best best luxury card holders to invest in and it’s a must-have for Chanel lovers. The style is so timeless and Chanel prices usually only go up!
This card holder has one main compartment where you can store your cards or folded cash. It’s available in either Caviar Grained Calfskin, which is more durable and will wear better over time, or a smoother Lambskin, which looks beautiful but can scratch more easily.
Chanel products are definitely on the more expensive side, so it might be a good idea to see if you can pick up a pre-loved piece at a good price. I’ve linked some below.
