YSL Touche Eclat Radiance Perfecting Pen

You all probably saw this one coming – the Touche Eclat is such a cult product from YSL Beauty, and is definitely one of my favourite products from the brand! There’s a reason why its so often listed as one of the best YSL products. Perfect for layering underneath concealer for an extra bit of luminosity and coverage, or you can also wear it on it’s own for a natural looking coverage (perfect for those no-makeup makeup days).

It instantly brightens and smooths whilst letting your own skin come through for a beautiful, natural glow. Infused with hyaluronic acid, it helps increase hydration and plump skin. It also contains vitamin E to deliver antioxidant care to help fight the visible signs of fatigue. The brush applicator makes it handy for use on-the-go as well – definitely one of my favourite Yves Saint Laurent products.

YSL Rouge Pur Couture Lipstick

The YSL Rouge Pur Couture Lipsticks are just beautiful and are often considered one of the best YSL lip products- they’re smooth and creamy with nice pigmentation. They have a satin texture that’s very comfortable to wear on the lips. As with all YSL products, the packaging is so luxurious too! 

Hydrospheres and natural extracts provide all-day comforting moisture so these won’t dry out your lips like some lipsticks can. This would have to be the best YSL lipstick I’ve tried!

YSL All Hours Full Coverage Matte Foundation

If you’re on the hunt for a long-lasting, full coverage foundation, this one from YSL Beauty is a really nice option and has made it on our list of the best YSL makeup products! Its a waterproof matte foundation that really does requite minimal touch-ups. It will take you from a day at work to an evening dinner function, all whilst keeping your skin looking smooth, even and almost shine-free. It’s got a really nice full coverage without feeling heavy on the skin.

The All Hours Foundation is also enriched with a black tea antioxidant complex to actively protect your skin against external environmental factors. There’s a good reason why it’s often considered a firm Yves Saint Laurent makeup favourite.

YSL Black Opium Eau De Parfum

I absolutely love YSL fragrances so I had to include a couple in this list. Often on the list of YSL beauty best sellers, Black Opium is a long-time favourite, and I particularly love to wear it during winter. The fragrance blends the intoxicating scent of coffee with the sweet scent of vanilla and white florals for a modern, young and vibrant interpretation of addiction.

YSL Touche Éclat All-In-One Glow Foundation

If you’re not into a matte finish or full coverage base, the Touche Eclat Glow foundation might be more up your alley and is one of my favourite YSL beauty buys. It gives skin an even and radiant complexion with a beautiful natural finish. This is more like a tinted moisturiser and has a nice light to medium coverage.

The formula is oil-free and formulated with 70% water, hyaluronic acid, vitamin E and antioxidants to keep skin nourished. This is often voted as a YSL top product, and I can see why!

YSL Rouge Volupte Shine

The packaging definitely sucks you in with this product – is this not some of the most luxurious lipstick paging you’ve ever seen!? These lipsticks aren’t my absolute favourite in terms of pigment and staying power, but they are really nice if you want a light to sheer coverage and more glossy finish. Because they are more sheer and glossy, they don’t last that long on the lips so you’ll need to reapply throughout the day, or layer over a lip liner.

Another beautiful YSL fragrance and one of the best of YSL beauty, Mon Paris is inspired by Paris, the city of intense love. It blends classically feminine notes like jasmine and peony with a daring and sensual patchouli edge.

YVES SAINT LAURENT Rouge Pur Couture The Slim Matte Lipstick

I found this lipstick so drying on the lips (yes, it’s matte, but there are definitely other matte lipsticks that won’t dry your lips out as much), and the shape wasn’t my favourite. This slim bullet claims to offer ultimate precision and coverage when applying but I just found it a bit difficult to work with. Because the formula is quite dry, I had to use this over a lip primer first.

YVES SAINT LAURENT Couture Eyeshadow Palette

For the price, I definitely don’t think the YSL Beauty eyeshadow palettes are worth the money. I thought the formula was pretty average, and there are so many great palettes you can get for the AU$105 they cost (the Marc Jacobs Eye-Conic Eyeshadow Palettes are amazing, cheaper, and you get more shades). Save your money and take this YSL beauty palette off your wish list!

YVES SAINT LAURENT All Hours Foundation Stick

In my opinion, YSL has so many better foundations to offer than this one! This All Hours Foundation Stick really brought out the texture in my skin after a few hours and didn’t wear that well when I needed to wear it for a full day. I’m not usually a stick foundation fan (besides the Hourglass Vanish foundation sticks), and I just found this a bit too heavy looking on my skin.
